Information processed

Mene processes only the information you enter and the settings you choose:

• Period start and end dates
• Flow, symptom, mood, and optional note logs
• Language, theme, onboarding, and reminder settings

Where data is stored

Your data is stored only on your device using app-private encrypted local storage. The encryption key is stored in iOS Keychain or Android Keystore through the operating system.

What we do not collect

Mene has no account system, backend API, analytics, advertising, tracking, attribution, crash-report upload, cloud sync, remote push-token registration, HealthKit or Health Connect integration, or health-data server. App data does not leave your device automatically.

Notifications

If reminders are enabled, they are scheduled locally. Notification content may appear on your lock screen depending on your device settings. Mene does not register a remote push token.

Export and sharing

Export creates a JSON copy for portability only after you request it and hands it to the operating-system share sheet. Mene does not receive the file and does not currently import or restore exports. Export files may contain sensitive health information, so share them carefully.

Your choices and rights

You can manage your information directly in the app:

• Edit or delete individual logs
• Export a portable JSON copy from Settings
• Clear all local data, scheduled reminders, and the encryption key from Settings
• Contact support with privacy questions

Children’s privacy

Mene is intended for people age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date shown on this page.
